The maximum rate you can receive is $600 per month. It all depends
on how effective you are at your job.

The guaranteed rate for a scout is $400 per month. This is a stable payment that you receive monthly for regular work regardless of the outcome.

Ranking and bonuses

Salaries are paid twice a month without delay (15th and 30th). At the
end of each month, you also receive bonuses for your ranking. For top models, you receive a bonus immediately after recording a video.
